LEARN TO PLAY OFF AND RUNNING

Our newest members of the Cazenovia Park Hockey family took the ice on January 28th for the first session of the Caz Park Hockey Learn to Play program.

30+ kids enjoyed instruction from both Caz coaches and players from various teams. Our program has a mix of children that are "true" beginners and have some experience with skating and hockey.

The kids were introduced to basic skating concepts (falling down and getting up) and others started with basic hockey concepts (shooting and passing). We also introduced our LTP kids to the Tornadoes Edge, which aids in balance and edge work.

We are excited to see how fast these kids will develop throughout the next 5 weeks of being on the ice at Caz Park.

Thank you to members of our Board of Governors, coaches and players for taking time to assist in this effort.
