CAZ Teams Unite in Support of Hockey Fights Cancer
Once again, our CAZ teams are proudly coming together to support Hockey Fights Cancer.
Our 8U team will be hosting a snack bar during games and scrimmages, with all proceeds benefiting the Hockey Fights Cancer initiative.
This year’s fundraising efforts also included two successful 50/50 raffles:
18U Fisher raised $372
18U Hubbard raised $262
We are grateful for the generosity shown by our players, families, and community. Your support allows us to make a meaningful impact and give back in an important way.
In addition, CAZ has made a donation to the Zent family in memory of Sean Zent, a longtime member of the 2008 Fisher team.
Sean was a beloved coach, friend, and dedicated member of the hockey community. He took great pride in being part of the team and will always be remembered for his commitment and spirit.
Thank you for your continued support.
Honoring Longstanding CAZ Coaches and Players
As the midget season concludes, we are proud to recognize several distinguished members of the CAZ community. This year marks the departure of two longtime coaches and four players who have been integral to our program for the past 13 years.
Players:
Kyle Staniszewski
Ben Berhalter
Nick LaBella
Parker Hubbard
These athletes began their CAZ careers as 4-year-old mites and have recently completed their 18U season, exemplifying remarkable dedication, perseverance, and commitment throughout their 13-year tenure.
Coaches:
Chris LaBella – 13 years of service as a CAZ coach
